Mortiis
Mortiis is Håvard Ellefsen, who played bass in Emperor in 1991–92 and then, in 1993, went off alone into “dark dungeon music”: synth-driven fantasy soundscapes, performed in a goblin mask and prosthetics. It later turned into industrial rock. He is our first Editor's Whim.
